Shishu Hit Labh Yojana is a UP Government scheme through which 20,000 to 24,000 rupees are provided to the parents of a newborn baby. This amount is transferred to the account of the mother or father. Also, this amount is received in two installments within 2 years from the date of delivery.
Did you recently become a parent? Do you belong to Uttar Pradesh? If your answer is yes then you can get a reward of 24000 from the UP government. The government launch Shishu Hit Labh Yojana for all UP citizens.
If you will submit your application form with all necessary documents. Then the government will transfer 24000 rupees to the bank account for the baby girl’s birth. If you become the parent of a baby boy then the government will transfer 20000 rupees to your bank account.
This money is transferred in two installments within 2 years from the birth of a child. In the first year, you will get half amount. When the first year will be completed then you have to provide proof of child livingness. And the second installment will be credited to your bank account.
Documents For Shishu Hit Labh Yojana
If you want to apply for this scheme. Arrange the following documents:
- Aadhar Card of Father
- Photograph of Father
- Bank passbook
- Child Vaccine certificate
- Birth certificate of baby
- Aadhar Card of Mother
- Photo of Mother Holding Baby in Lap
How To Apply
First of all you have to prepare all your related documents. It is compulsory to submit all documents within six months from the birth of child.
After collecting all these documents you can apply for Shishu Hit Labh Yojana. Fill your registration form and submit it with all documents in concern office.
There are three ways to submit documents and get benefit from this scheme.
- Labor Office
- To the tahsildar in Tahsil
- Development block office
This form will be accepted within one year from the birth of child. After one year no form will be accepted. For special circumstances you can submit your registration form after one year. But you will receive less payment.
If you will make a delay then 1000 rupees will be deducted per month from your total reward. Suppose you apply for this scheme after 8 months then 8000 rupees will be deducted from your total amount.
